The importance of modern nutrition

The food we eat every day is more than just a source of calories; it provides us with important nutrients, is an expression of our culture, provides us with essential trace elements and brings us the most important element that does not provide nutrients but is essential for life - water.
Every successful athlete attaches great importance to what, how much and when they eat. This mindfulness in eating not only helps the body to replenish important substances such as proteins, fats and glucose, but also has positive effects on central body systems such as the nervous system, the cardiovascular system, the digestive tract and the excretory organs.
More and more companies in the health sector are choosing to employ doctors, personal trainers and nutritionists to provide a comprehensive service to their members. They treat each person in their individual complexity and therefore take personalized measures.
The aim of this training course is to provide an overview of the importance of nutrition for preventive and therapeutic purposes, discuss some practical cases and leave plenty of room for questions.
